Terms & Conditions.

1. Inventory Accuracy: Only items explicitly listed on the Laundry Collection Slip or Bill will be recognised. We are not liable for any items not mentioned on the that.

2. Processing Risks: While we maintain high cleaning standards, we are not responsible for damage occurring during normal washing or dry cleaning, such as color bleeding or shrinkage, resulting from the inherent condition of the fabric.

3. Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for garments with pre-existing defects, weakened fibers, fugitive dyes (loose color), or general wear and tear.

4. ⁠Stain Removal: We do not guarantee the complete removal of all types of stains.

5. Inspection Period: Please inspect your garments at the time of delivery. Any claims regarding missing or damaged items must be reported immediately or within 24 hours; no claims will be entertained after this period.

6. Trims & Accessories: We are not responsible for damage to buttons, zippers, beads, sequins, or any other accessories during the standard cleaning process.

7. Limited Liability: In the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, our total liability is strictly limited to five (5) times the cleaning charge of that specific item only.

8. Valuables: Customers are requested to check all pockets before handing over garments. We are not responsible for money, jewelry, or any valuables left inside the clothing.

9. Unclaimed Items: Garments not collected within one (1) month of the delivery date may be disposed of, and we will not be responsible for them after that.

10. Outsourcing: We reserve the right to utilize third-party service providers for specialized cleaning when necessary, to which the customer hereby consents.

11. First Order Offer: Flat 10% off will be provided to everyone who is placing their first order with us with no minimum order value. The only exception is 10% off will be provided across all our services except for ironing services.

12. Policy Changes: Service prices, rules, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

13. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur only.
